Some what new to the hobby--

I purchased a Revo 3.3 with a OFNA max .21 with a new piston and sleeve and the last owner did the break in-- i started it up and ran it for little bit and its like a actuall oil looking color coming out the exhaust pipe, is that normal from the rebuild?

Thanks guys--

yea..but how much of it?? it just shows that the motor is being properly oiled...

theres not much, but was enough that i asked-- not like it was pouring out, it has a RB pipe on it with the little rubber extension out that back and there was a small amount at the tip of the rubber piece--

Thanks for the quick input ;)

ya its normal because there is oil in the fuel which oils the carb and motor...

so just looking over the revo and i notice that there is the option for 2 steering servos? is there a benefit to that? or just a option for witch side you want to mount it?

thanks

well it really doesn't matter what one you mount on but stock, mine came with two waterproofs.. but if you want to you can convert to one higher ounce servo like i am gonna soon..

it is a hobbico high torque that is installed--

The screw in the middle of the servo keeps coming loose and it seems like my steering is limited to the left but goes great to the right-- i centered the servo and reconnected it but the screw keeps coming out... that servo shot? or am i being silly?

thanks

well loc tite could should work but if they keep comin loose maybe the thread is stripped??

Ok so i got the servo all squared away !! so i reset the ofna .21 to its factory settings HSN and flush on the LSN--- i had to open the lsn up to get it running at all --the idle seems decent when it does idle but its doing my head in lol
it will be boggy at low speed and if i change the lsn to get it going better it dies if I'm not driving it some times-- not sure if that makes sense -- i can keep it going to get up to temp to tune on it but just think I'm going about it all wrong --

guess the question is -- If i set the HSN and LSN to ofna's specs it should idle? if the idle screw is correct?

thanks
