hi i recently bought a ofna picco buggy with the stock .21 picco in it. i got for 90 bucks cuz the motor was bad. 0 compression. come to find out the 3 out of 4 head bolts were loose. so now it runs awesome. the only problem i have is at WOT (wide open throttle) or full throttle it cuts out and shuts off. what can be the problem? it starts back up no problem though.

It is probably to lean on the HSN needle. The LSN needle may as well be on the lean side.

Sounds like it's too lean to me. Check both your HSN and LSN. Richen em just a tad...and see what happens.

*edit* - bah neobart beat me to the punch! lol

The HSN should be somewhat flush, the power comes from the LSN on that engine.
Running with one head bolt,,, that's scary.
also check that the exhaust header gasket is sealing good. Those round smooth exhaust ports are picky about the proper gasket. The pipe on the buggy really holds the engine back. it's still quick when tuned right. Start over with a new plug. You have ruined the one in it.
