I think it is overkill, the Revo does wheelies with the 2.5 and then you go bolt on that, if you do get it be careful

That engine will make a Revo Crazy Fast. I know a guy who dropped one in his Revo and it cranked out so much power and made it so fast that he couldn't control it well enough to race. He pulled it out and dropped in one of the new O.S. 18's that are Revo and T-Maxx specific and he hasn't lost a race yet.
Go with the O.S. engine, I think you'd be happier with the O.S vs the Ofna/Picco.

I think I agree that this engine would be too much to control. The O.S. 18 looks like the way to go. I notice there are different models of the O.S. 18, you mention the TM, is that the best one?

Thats the one that comes with a header for the Revo, and its a direct drop in replacement. The TM is the engine I watched my friend kick some major butt with. Most of the guys who raced against him thought he was running an illegal engine. LOL I think the .18 TZ is the same engine without the header. I'd go with one of these two engines, and like always with O.S. engines, you get reliability and easy tuning.

Another OS vote here...the problem w/ something like that .26 is you won't be able to get the power to stick it to the ground....what good is all that power if it's just shredding your tires and driveline???? the.18 is a little much for the revo even.....the revo can be stripped down to a bad ass racer....even w/ the .18 it can take any big block MT out there.......well maybe not richs LSP.......LOL.....

I think if you went to an extended chassis it would be doable. I have a modified RB TM323 and it was all wheelies until I installed an extended chassis. I dont like the pull start though, I am using a starter box.

where did you get an extended REvo Chassis from...my buddy has been lookin for weeks....

wow 155 for a revo chassis....and it's just 2 stock chassis bonded?!?!?!? that seems a little pricey if that's what it is......

Extended Chassis

It is pricey but for the difference it makes it is well worth it for someone who races...

I was thinkin about buying a rb tm323 and was wondering if it would be better than the os .18.

Try doing a search or posting that question in a new thread, you'll probably get more replies. :2cents:

I agree, and that big line of Bonding SNOT on the chassis is very attractive as well...
