I have heard alot about these motor I was curious are they fairly easy to tune? I have a older T-Maxx with the .15 and I bought it used I can't get it to run right for anything and I was thinking of getting one of these motors and also do they have alot more power than the Traxxas .15 let me know what you think and is there any know common problems with these motors?

OS has a reputation as a good, strong, easy to tune engine. They are gentle on beginners and can really sing when tuned right. I think you'll find a lot of bashers here will vouch for them. I have run 2 different OS .15 CV-RX's and I love them. The .18 CV-RX will be a nice improvement over the Traxxas .15. If you get the (S) version, it will drop right into the Maxx without any modification. Should be an easy swap. Just put the flywheel/clutch and exhaust on and you should be set to go.

Well I'm going to keep trying to get my .15 to run for now but i think when I have some $ I'm going to get one of these that might be a long time from now but something to look foward to. Rolex had been giving me advice on tunning my truck hopefully ill get her running good soon :) Thanks for the info Candyman
