is the O.S. 15 rx a good engine for the rs4 rtr 3 i was planing putting a trx 2.5 on it until found this engine. so give me some feed back this is my first engine swap

thanx tyler

Any engine OS make will be reliable. The R stands for Race and should yield great power for the money. The X simply means it has a pull start.

If you are going to race, you may want to see if the track rules will allow a .15 or if you need to be looking at a .12.

this is not my race car it is my project as i like to call it but my goal is to hit 60 mph with it. so will this engine be worth the 170 bucks or will it be a waste of time and money i also would like to know who makes some good bearings for this car

thanx tyler

That seems a bit pricey for that engine. I think I paid 120.00 for mine, but it was the CVR not the CVRX. I had one in my old NTC3 and the thing was blazing fast. I would recommend that engine.

The .15 RX is a big block .15, there is no pullstart, it is also a discontinued model fyi. You'll need new motor mounts, and I dont' know alot about a RS4 3, so I couldn't tell you if it would fit. Good luck.
