hello people, I just picked up a used ntc3 runs good but I can't seem to adjust the 2 speed properly, I hear it shift when I hold it and give it throttle but when I put in down and let it go I can't hear it or see it shift. Can some one give me some advice, I don't know what the angled screws do vs the straight screws do any help would be great, thanks.

The stock setting for the 2 speed is- 3 and a half turns out from being tight.
