Well i need help. I went to put in the bigger shocks(my first time) on my revo cause i felt like bashing when i stripped a allen head thing. Its a screw on the grey peice that the shock attaches to. Its the big screw with the nut on the other side and my allen wrench just keeps making it worse. What do i do?

P.S i dont know how to put up pictures.

What's the story? You can't get it out? Is it the thread or the head that's stripped?
If you're trying to get it out, use needle nose pliers, then go to your local hardware store and get some extra Allan screws of the same size.

pics or a better description would help, maybe you can find the exploded view and tell us what # it is. if the head is stripped you can take your dremel with a flat cut off wheel and cut a notch into it. then use a flat blade screwdriver to turn the screw.

alright just take some needle nosed pliers hod the allen screw and loosen the nut and the it should just slide out!!!

sry about the lame description. but my dad helped me fix it. I was the allen wrench itself that was mostly stripped and it never fit right from the begining.

the actual problem was the hole that you put the allen wrench in was stripped so the wrench wouldn't grab to loosen it.

Its all fixed and if the crummy weather would let up i go test out my shocks.

P.S i also got new rims and street tires. what color should i dye the rims????
