Pick this up in a trade along with a Xray 808 thinking i was gonna build a nitro buggy to race, realizing i wouldnt have the time on race day to run 3 classes I'm gonna move this on to someone else, motor ran very strong when i seen it run, has great compression, will come with the dynamite pipe installed ready to bolt on and race.140.00 OBO, this engine is well over 300 new. has had about a gallon ran thru it.

Trade I have a couple engines don't know much about them though

Axial .28RR1, Axial .32 spec1, (X2) genesis 7.7, and a force.28 or .32, ok not sure what size the last one is, it was a salvage engine from a friends truggy that was run over by a half ton

What do you do with a transponder?

I know what they look like, what do they do?

they are lap counters on the race track, they plug into the rx and when you pass the scoring loop it reads your lap times, most tracks use them.

How do you start it, bump start - roto-start?

How old is the engine, I'd like to do some research.

its a bump start like most higher end buggy motors, the engine has had a little over a gallon thru it, still has pinch and great compression. unsure of age.
