Novak Havok/Ballistic Combo

I am going to be picking up a Blitz this week and was wanting to upgrade motor and esc right away. It's mostly going to be just a basher so I am not worried about conforming to a set of rules. I was looking at the 17.5 and 13.5 motors. Does anyone have any recomendations? I don't want it to be crazy uncontrollable fast just fast.

Go for id go with the 10.5t mate I have that in my slash and is nice for bashing but not horrible!

The 17.5 is going to be the same or very close to the same as the stock blitz motor, so if you're looking for more speed and not concerned about racing then go with the 13.5 or 10.5T motors.

We race the 17.5 out west here and it does pretty good. There is another track that tried a 13.5 class and had a lot of burnt up motors. So I would stick to a 550 sized can like a 10.5 or 17.5...personally if there are no rules I would get the biggest I could afford and go tear up the landscape!
