HI, in case anybody is wondering, I got my truck dried out after the water deal, now I have a different problem.
I bought a Nova cooling head, a new traxxas shim.
Iput the new head on and it wont run. I put the stock back on and it fires right up. It acts like it's flooded, then the easy start won't turn it over anymore. I wait a while and the same thing happens.
If you have any suggestions please respond!
Your help is greatly appreciated.

um i had the same thing happen with my XTM 24.7 when i first got my nova head. u got to lean ur mixtures out a little bit. the bigger head maid mine run really really really rich.

I put a Crazy Nut Head on mine and it fired right up. I was able to lean out a little bit since this head keeps the engine cooler. Never had a problem with it all weekend. I will be putting Nova on my Rustler 2.5 as soon as I finish breaking it in. Hope not to have any problems.

I've got mine running pretty good now, I put one more shim
under it and it fired right up. Off the line it goes like a rocket
but when it hits high gear it bogs down a bit. Any suggestions?

Howdy pardners, in the mail today I just recieved the Nova head for the Sirio .18 engine! Tested asap, the head kicks ass. Temps are down 60-80 degrees (from normally 300+, sometimes they would go down around 270). Now the beast is consistenly running 228-232 degrees! WOOOO HOOOOO!!!!
