well.. i bought a savage 25 rtr on ebay, new in box from an ebay store... they did nothing but lie to me the whole time.. EXAMPLE: email on the 15th of last week: yes, your order has been shipped and should be arriving in a few days....... then i get an email from paypal saying I'm being refunded, seller didnt say why. so i call and the guy hangs up on me as I'm talking.. so i called back ina fit of rage and wasn't very nice... needless to say.. I'm not getting my savage in the mail anytime soon..

but, on the other side of things, I callled a hobby shop in Victoria, Tx where my dad is this week for work, and the have 20 of them in stock rdy to go for 409. so hes picking me one up today and i'll pay him back when he gets here with it tomarro! i just hope my batteries come in today or tomarro also..
 
Leave that jerk some negative feedback so others dont have to go threw this!
 
oooh i did ... i talked to my dad today.. and heared the truck in the background. the hobby shop set it up for me, adjusted everthing and what not.. yay! it will be here tomarooooo!

and my batteries came in today, 3 1700mAH and charger, brand new for 30 bucks.. sweeet
 
Good call on leaving that guy a bad rating. I have been doing alot of E-baying lately and have had no problems thus far. Don't let this bad experience ruin it for good. There's lots of good deals out there.

it will be in tomarro.. as in friday.. its 10pm here......... i have had many good deals on ebay as well. I got the bats on ebay, as wells as my glow ignitor, and countless paintball stuffs
 
Gibson You should post the username of the person or hobby shop who is treating you like this so that another member does not purchase anything from them.
 
SlotcarHobbies out of florida is the ebay seller.. his name is Adam Crawley i believe..
 
i know how you feel, but with me i bought a jr xs3 radio and it was used and did not work when i got it, even though the seller put the item as brand new in box :preachin:
 
New Savage 25

You are going to love that truck its what I have the only drawback is that I have about 1200 bucks into mine now but it rides good looks good and nice and fast . Here is a picture of it I painted it Royals Blue because I'm from KC. I paint RC bodies on the side if any one would like to have a custom job done! This one is not real flashy but for my personal lid I have always thought less is more:cheerful:

oh i love it already. got her broken in, about 10 tanks through it so far and its running great. did some jumps today. about 4 feet high or so.. took some rough landings... aka cartwheels and flips. but no damage... gonna have to get used to the feel of jumping. 1 thing i learned.. its not as easy to control the jumps with a remote as it is on my dirtbike lol.
 
hold on screaming savage, i am working on building it, i will post pics and all my upgrades in a week or two :fro:
