no throttle

turn my slash vxl off of lipo mode and noticed i have no throttle but it will steer. the light is solid red and doesn't change. getting sick of the velion and all the problems i have with it. anyone know what is going on? running a 5000 nimh.

Ya just got a new charger today and it wasn't cheap set some upgrades back to later times

That's unusual. I would just send it back to traxxas if you really feel somethings wrong.

I've had the car for over a year and last time had a problem like this it was going to cost money
