A. That law they reference states both the victim and defendant must be at the same school. I recall reading where they may not have even met at the same school.

B. He's 18, still legal, and his parents called authorities when they became suspicious? Poor guy, he's going to go blind! My son comes home when he's 18 and tells me he bagged a teacher like that, I'm buying him a car and insisting on more parent-teacher conferences!
