I tried for an hour to get my tmaxx started, but with no luck. I even set the tune back to factory. I can see that the plug is working and fuel is getting to the carb. What else can it be ?

is your truck new or is it well used? if you didnt give it after run oil last time it was used and its been a while, fuel will often gunk up the motor or fuel lines if left to sit. some fuels are worse about this than others. turn it upside down with the plug removed to see if its flooded, if fuel is spitting out of the exhaust stinger and is not starting. also you may try checking the head bolts for tight fit, compression is muy important.

similar issue

I had the same problem with my street rig.
EXCEPT i did get it started.
then it ran outta fuel.
THEN i had the same problem. No start. no matter how many times i tugged that little rope.

How do you check to see if the plug is getting hot?
And how do you know when the igniter needs to be charged?

clean the carb with brake or carb cleaner
