i have just fitted a new air cleaner. (platnium) as well as the roar pipe to my revo and when i went to start it i have no suctio0n in the fuel lines. i have reset to needles to see if that was the problem but still nothing. i have also taken the lines off and cleaned them out. any idaes?

Check your pipe for a restriction or a leak.
 
thanks done that as well as cleaned the needle. i now have fuel but... the engine won't turn over when the glow plug is in. it spins fine with out it and its not sticking at top dead centre.
 
A flooded engine can hydrolock. that might be your problem... When you remove the glowplug it releases the lock. However, the fuel surplus is in the crank area so you will have to spin it over for about 5 seconds with no plug to clear the fuel.

I kow my 3.3 needs a strong battery in the E-Z starter to spin over. once the fuel gets in the engine.
