NitroRiders Truck is Stuck in Reverse

I am still having trouble with my TMAXX sticking in reverse. The shifter in the truck works fine but it would change anything. I am thinking the true is getting to much nitro or something is messed up in the gear box.
If I shut the truck off then it well go into forward.

Please give something to go on.

It's the 2.5 engine by the way.

More than likely your idle is to high for it to shift properly.
Lower it and let us know how it does.

I also agree lower the idle speed, when the engine idles to high it won't let the motor shift into reverse.
