Nitro Star S-25?

Whats the top end speed of the Nitro Star S-25 egnine...? i looked all over HPI but couldnt come up with anything

the top end speed is variable depending on the gearing used and the rig. you should find the max rpm, then to the math on your gear ratios to get top end

The max rpm of the s-25 is about 35,000 rpm. It goes 33mph with the 15 tooth clutch bell on and 38 with the 18 tooth one that came with it. I don't recommend the 18 tooth for anything but flat on road racing/driving. It puts more load on the motor and doesn't have as much punch off the line.

GOOD CHOICE!!!!! But the lE tops out at 40 mph with the 3 speed on it!
