I am just starting out with a pro .15 Nitro Sport, What could anyone suggest to give it a little more ZIP ?

You may get a slight increase in power with a tuned pipe, or use a higher % nitro fuel (check to see what the max nitro content you can use with your mill). Or get a bigger mill!!

there are lots of things but wether it's worth it is de-batelabe.
you can get 2-speed gearbox (gives more bootom end acceleration)

you change the gear ratio (by changing the spur/pinion etc)

changing the length of the manifold also makes a differene

changing fuel percentage (but don't go too high)

remove a gasket shim from the head (but be careful remove too many and you risk detention (this is when the fuel ignites too early. Always have at least 2 gasket shims on)

get a tuned pipe (if you don't already have one)

mod the liner (not recommened for newbies)

put in a 3-shoe clutch (removing the standard 2-shoe)

hop-ups

would anyone have any hop ups for this vehicle?

maybe even a .18 or a 2.5 motor for sale?

Try out the Traxxas Tuned pipe and perfect fit header (Traxxas part # 4485) That really brought my stampede to life. Also, if you read the tuning guide for the pro.15 it lists the temperature range for a properly tuned engine as 300-330 degrees.

Ball-bearing conversions (if yours didn't come with them) for the front end to replace the bushings will help out too. As was mentioned, you can also change spur gears. The higher the # of teeth on it the more bottom end acceleration you have, but at the expense of top end.
