I have a tmaxx 2.5, when I set the carb to factory settings it spits a ton of fuel out the exhaust, it will run, but it make a mess. I have to turn my low speed needle in almost 2 turns to get rid of it. Is my carb junk? Or is that just how it's going to be?

it's way too rich, lean off the top end aswell.
Also when you say it sits lots of fuel, is this after it has idled for a while or as soon as you start it and you go?

It starts spitting as soon as I start it up, I had initially thought maybe I had some gas in the vent line that goes to the pipe, but I was wrong. I have gone back to a more lean setting and it is running good but I seem to have lost my "wheelie power".

Your 'grunt' low end power is with the LSN. Overall mix and upper end is with the HSN.
If you lean the LSN too much looking for major wheelies, you'll also overheat.

leaning off the mixture should gain power and more throttle response
at least it's running well though, just keep an eye on the temp
