Nitro S.C. Options

Hey all, I`m looking @ buying a 1/8 S.C. about 5 Bills, but want a Nitro, Suggestions?
So far all I've been able to locate locally are a Slayer (I`ve already got a Revo and a Jato, Does Traxxas really need any more of my $)
And then there's the Associated SC/8..
What do you think, any other cost comparable NITRO SC trucks that might catch my eye or should I just lose my mind and get a Losi 8ight-T 2.0 4x4?

There aren't really any options other than what you've already pointed out. What you can do, is get a Losi Ten-T and swap some parts out with a Ten-SCTE to make one. I know people who have converted the Ten-T to an SCTE, so it can't be too hard to switch to a nitro SC.

Redcat has a 1/8 SC truck and Thunder Tiger has their RTA4. Neither look "right" to me. In 1/10 scale, there are the SC10GT 2wd nitro ,the Ofna Hyper 10SC and Jammin SCRT-10.

I have an SC8. It's a nice truck but I haven't ran it for almost 2 years now. It's not my style of truck for bashing and there aren't any classes to race it locally.

Managed to track down a just broken in SC8 Red-Bull for $300.00 (Boxed w/all accessories and hump-pack) from a local seller who's been building/racing for like 10+years. When I went to pick it up he had a better selection than any of my LHS (Most just broken in, lots of BNIB) Will post a few pics tomorrow before and after shots.

Got to run it, Finally....

I really like my SC8
