Nitro rustler brakes stuck on when throttle neutral

I'm not sure about shimming it in or out. My stint with Traxxas spurs and peg slipper is minimal at best.
My Revo blew a trans before it needed a tear down and my Jato still has under 20 uses total.

Yeah thank you I think the main problem was just I had sum on the gear I don’t think belongs there because in the thing it doesn’t show it does but it must not belong there because now it works fine.
