Hi I've got a nitro rc truck it’s spitting fuel out it’s exhaust and wheels are spinning when started when I turn the low speed screw down it cuts out and they still spin aswell as the idle gap

U still have to lower the idle gap. Lower it and if it sounds like it is about to die give it a tiny bit of throttle. It shouldn't be spitting a lot of fuel. If it is new then it is fine. Break in the engine and then report back.
 
Check the clutch spring. It may be broke. find the manual for the motor and re set the carb back to factory settings.
