not really. sounds like a fuel lines leeking, or fuel tank leeking. an out side chance is reversion out the carburetor.
 
I'm running Bryon's Gen 20%.

I don't even think its fuel, I think it is just the residue.
 
Well, I got it running for the first tank of break in. Was trying to start it for 2nd tank on Saturday but I could not get gas to the engine. I primed it by putting my finger on the exhaust and pulling the starter and I saw no fuel in the lines however I did flood the engine. How is that possible?
