you want to go with something with a decent amount of oil. traxxas rigs suggest traxxas fuel, but I've never liked how it ran. oddonell's has always gotten good reviews, and i really liked white lightning but its low oil. just stay away from blue thunder. that smurf juice was crap.

Should I go with a 20% or higher?

most people run 20% that seems to be the default. I've used 25 and 30% but for breakin i would stick with 20%
