what percent fuel do you run in your car because i have ran 25% in every monster truck I have had and it ran fine but some people run higher than that in the summer heat. Lemme know

I run 20% of any kind of fuel that's around. Byrons and odonnels obviously run the best, though. I've heard that upping the nitro % makes a mill run cooler. Any truth to this?

The more nitro content (lower % fuel) will make you run cooler, but there will be less lubrication.

I don't want to open a can of worms but NO. Methanol is the cooling agent in your fuel, oil lubricates, nitro is the power.

A lot will argue that it does because you usually lean out your hsn a bit with higher nitro.

I run 30% nitro 8-10% oil year round. Racer is right.
