I was wondering if anyone knows if you can buy turbo heads for .28 if so where.i want to bolt a turbo head onto a .28 force motor.

Not for that engine. Nobody makes one for it, it would not be worth it. That engine is designed to be economical and easy to tune. Save up for a better mill, and in the meanntime go up a tooth on the CB. The engine has enough torque to offer some more top end, depending on your car and driving conditions.
