Mega Tech Dark Thunder

Now I know this is a Mega Tech but I think this bad boy has some potential! Check it out. You could put a C5 in this bad dog and it would just plain roast!

Wow, that's pretty quick for a .16...makes you wonder what kind of performance it could do if you drop a nice italian engine and maybe some real wide foams.

hello

i seen that one in action on my track.
actualy i was pitting my car and tuning my steering. this guy came up with his dragster and put it on the ground. when i blimped the throthle, the dragster speeded forwards right against the boarding. nothing broken tho. but the fool was on my frequentie.

he drove hi car a few laps. but nothing special about this car i think. just as fast as a tuned mtx3 or serpent. and you gotta be sure you get that thing in the correct straight line b4 you open the throttle. steering is hell with that thing.and i know this thing isnt made for steering but 1 lap took him around 3 min. where other cars do it 25+ sec.

Lap? Who would expect a dragster to run laps?
I saw that thing go a the local Hobby Town when that guy from DIY was there promoting all the Megatech stuff. Not bad, but it didn't make me run right in and buy one. Petal2thametal is right that a touring car is just about, if not as fast. I was more interested to find out that Megatech is going to come out with a mini electric Heli called the House Fly.

I worked on one for a customer @ the LHS & it ain't bad but the chasis is made of plastic I would wait to see if any aftermarket co makes a stronger chasis cause if you crash it like he did all you gonna find is pieces
