Newbie looking for advice

hi, I picked up a crawler last summer at a garage sale and now a year later I would like to see this run. I’m hoping I can get some advice on this truck like what I am missing or replace. I do have a controller on order. Advice would be appreciated. Thx

welcome to RCT, no idea about the car or crawling in general, but plenty of folks here ready to help

although what caught my eyes is the fact it looks like it uses a motor for each axle, and it's also on what looks like stock tires from an HPI savage
