I'm looking to buy a used T-Maxx, and was wondering what else is needed to up grade one to a 3.3? Thanks for the help.
 
Which version are you getting .15 or 2.5. if its the 2.5 all you really need is to install is an FOC (forward only conversion) in the transmission.
 
I'm not sure which I'll end up getting.

Can I not have reverse with the 3.3?

What else would be needed for a .15?

don't even wast your time with a .15. go with a 2.5 or newer. you will be much happier in the long run.
 
yeah the reverse makes the tmaxx jerk when you sit there. and taking it out improves your speed a lot
