Do any of you think Tmaxx will come out with a new MT for 2012 or 2013?......its about time :)

Are you asking if Traxxas is coming out with a new monster truck or if there is going to be a new version of the T-maxx? If it is the latter then I seriously doubt it. The T-Maxx came out in '99 and since then there has only been 3 major versions. The Pro 15, the 2.5 and the lengthened 3.3 with the revised tranny and rest of the drive line. So in 12 years....only changed majorly twice...so....my money in on not going to happen. But I could be wrong!

I think the only think a new addition would be to the t maxx in the near future is when/if they make a larger motor. Basically if you change the truck it wont be a t maxx. so maybe they'll make another monster truck later but i dont see any major changes to the truck besides the engine. maybe better shocks/springs ? They always completely wear out in a matter of weeks.

I have stock shocks on one of my maxx's and that thing has been around for almost a year and the shocks are still great. I dont see how you go through them in a few weeks. I mean yeah if you are crashing alot then they wil bend sometimes.. I had a front end of my classic tmaxx get rann over and only bent one shock and brock shock tower.. But on topic I think the only way they could change it is to upgrade servo's, change rims and tires, maybe a new paint design for the lid, and maybe a couple small things that I am not thinking about.. I honestly think the only reason why they do little things to rigs and then reintrodice them is to get them flying off the shelvs again after people slow down on buying them... just my .02

There is a good few things they NEED to do to the Maxx but I have mine about the way I want it now....there are even a couple parts that are still stock!!
