Hi all, well after having sold my sons t-maxx and giving him my savage(LUCKY DUCK), I found myself with no ride. I wanted a new savage, but i remember how much i loved my t-maxx 3.3, so i went out monday and bought a new 2.4 gig t-maxx 3.3. I am going to fire it up tonight, so i thought i'd let you guys know about my new ride. Having owned both a T-maxx 3.3 and a savage 4.6 i can honestly say i love both trucks, but the t-maxx won me over due to the new radio system and the fact that i loved my first one, so i'm gonna start breaking it in tonight. kdogg:D

hey, i got the first five tanks ran through this evening. Next, i'm gonna start leaning her out a little, don't wanna go too far till i've had a little more time on her. one thing i've really noticed is the 2.4 gig radio, i really like it, so much so that i'm gonna change the savage to digital next month. i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on which digital radio's are the best? and which ones should i stay away from? any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. kdogg

futaba radios in my opinion are the best, but since you already have a 2.4 ghz traxxas transmitter you could just buy a receiver for 40$ and run it with the traxxas controller, the traxxas tq is a great radio

Does the TQ3 2.4ghz offer multi model memory? I didn't think it did.

hey, i'm not sure yet about everything it does, i know it has a menu button to control a variety of functions. but i don't think it has multi-model memory, if anyone else has one, i was wondering how to use the menu button and what it controls? kdogg
