new t maxx wont start

ok so i bought my new t maxx 3.3 friday.so today i decide to break in the motor.so when iget everything ready plug in the ez start nothing.so i figured the battery may need to be recharged so i recharge the battery untill it feels warm to the touch and still nothing.when i plug it in the lights on the ez start first the light for the motor came on the went off then the glow plug light came on.i was reading in the manualy it says i may need to find top dead center is this hard please help(and yes i am new to nitro rc)

Mine did the same thing...I had to loosen the Glow plug just a bit and it started.Once it was running i tightened it back down. After I ran a couple of tanks threw it the motor loosened up some and starts nice now.

both of you motors came real tight. mine did the same thing and before i got it started i broke the pull start

i had same problem and after 4hrs of frustration I pulle the plug put 2 drops of after run oil on piston let sit 5 mins and with the plug still out bump the starter 2-3 times replace plug and what do ya know it started right up it just needed some lubrication on the piston and sleeve the other thing I have had to do twice was use a screwdriver and flip the flywheel a few notches then start hope this helps...........
