I was wondering if I have to rebuild the diffs and fill them with oil before I even start this bad boy up, or can I break the engine in first, then rebuild the diffs? Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks

are the diffs greased? or is it a storm pro that you had to build yourself? if its the RTR it is ready to run, so go break it in and then if you'd like, fill it will diff oil, if it is bare metal to metal, the grease it or oil it before ANY running. later

The Storm RTR comes with greased diffs. Go ahead and break her in. Unless you have already done your homework on what weights you will be using, I would break it in, run it a while, figure out what weights you want, then fill them up. Remember, only fill the diffs up to the cross pins. You'll see what I'm talking about when you open one up. Once you upgrade to the diff oil you'll see a big improvement in handling. Great choice of buggy too.

Hell yea, I love my storm more and more each time I use it!

Last week my friend and I went to this indoor skateboard park, because they had some big dirt area out back. After about 20 minutes the owner came out and she asked us if we wanted to run them inside!

It was sweet! The Nitro fumes weren't a problem because the place was really big. Eventually, after launching the thing up the half pipe and back a bunch of times and getting some serious air time and wall climbing time, , I smashed into a pole. (Rear lower suspension arm: $5.) It was sure fun while it lasted!

Sorry about leaving that out of the original question. It is a RTR.
Thanks for the info, I'll start breaking it in and then play around with the diff oil combinations.
