New RC cartoon Flip Syde

Has anyone seen the new cartoon in RC Driver? What a waste of a page. They could have at least gave it a better story to start of with. What are your opinions?

I have to agree it Blew big time! I dont even think 12 year olds will enjoy it.

Flip

I'm sorry Flip is not your thing. However, when the concept came about I have to admit I wasn't sure how it would go over. I knew it would not be for everyone. But since Flip's introduction we have gotten some great feedback. Apparently some like it. I'm glad that's the case since I enjoy illustrating it.

It's only one page so hopefully you can flip past it (no pun intended) as if it were another ad.

I appreciate the input. It's what will make the magazine better.

I would have to say your RC mag is a must read for me. I certainly look forward to it each month. Keep up the great work!

lol - Its like the old I Spy cartoons..... You just never know if that issue was going to have a good one. But you always still went to read it.....

Thanks for the compliments on the Magazine guys.

As David hit on the cartoon isn't for everyone. We had to start the story somewhere, as it goes on Flip will have more recognizable products and the story line will aid younger drivers in getting their cars running as well as other adventures.

This is a great site; I've been poking around here for a while, but never registered till now. Keep it up!

I think you will certainly get a open and real world view of what the general RC public is intrested in, By reading the ideas and intrests of the people here at RCNT.

i read r/c driver its a good mag. flip syde is weird i always just take the min to look. hey isnt GregV that guy that does the monthly on that e-maxx with the little lawn mower?

rc driver is a great mag! the cartoon is a little odd. But hey at least someone from CT is on here!!! woo hoo I think that makes 3 of us.
