I was just informed that RB has released these engines now.
What I know so for..it has a 7+2 Port Design and instead of just one Turbo scoop (this accelerates the gasses inside the engine when coming out of the crankshaft) they now have a crankshaft with 2 of these scoops. Its the first bi-turbo crankshaft. Should haul some serious a*s:whip:

Has anyone seen it yet or have pics? Please post'em if you got'em!

Mal, the 523 is a whole new mill for the Maxx and Revo fit. I plan to get one. I heard it has a lot more top end than the 323, which is mostly bottom end.
 
Sounds awesome!!! Is this the one VB(or someone who said there was a new mid block coming out, but never said who) has been holding back on for a while? Sounds like its a good thing i waited on buying a mill for my revo project!
 
I think the 523 is a little way off release.

It's coming.. just not yet. Just check their website for updates
 
Its wierd because the engine isn't even on the site yet, and this engine is supposed to be amazing compared to the 323. You figure you'd at least let people know on a larger scale that your new engine Is coming soon and tell all the sweet details. I know its available in Canada this week, but I'm not sure about the States. I'm definitely getting this mill!!
 
From my distributor GG Royal Hobbies in Quebec. They said they have it but I find it really strange that the website says nothing about this engine. Has anyone seen advertising for this engine or at least a pic somewhere?
 
This is the mill I have info about, and RB has not release anything yet. I find it odd. I guess they'll be ready to go when they start to advertize for it
 
you held out all this time, just for fubar to come along and ruin the surprise for you... and us... shame. :thumbdown
 
Well, I do still have some more info, but I can't let it out. Lets just say if you thought the 323 was too strong, you've got something comming!
