blazer - sorry, i cam down with the flu on friday, and have been sick in bed the past 4 days. hopfully tomorrow, i will start building and will be taking plenty of photos like i always do.

sorry guys, didnt followup with this thread, got sick and a bunch of other things happened. To make a long story short, the plane is almost done. its maiden flight will be this saturday. I have taken tons of pics,and will have them on a CD and posted this weekend.

I'm curious, why is everyone getting wimpy park fliers? No one on the board seems to have any nitro .40 size planes.

Anyhow, here's my new plane my dad's making. It's made out of coroplast and costs about $30. He just needs to install radio gear and put the landing gears on. And do a nice covering job

LOL - i totally forgot about this thread!!!! I have the pics, had them for a while. I will post them this weekend.

Yes - it can take off from the ground, with ease - but only on concrete, not grass. It has alot of power - enough to do loops and rolls. some other manuvers too, but that is as aerobatic as my skills allow
