Little story
My wife tells me we need to go to the LHS to pick up something she ordered. Well today is my B-day and I'm thinking cool, but what did she order? Anyway we get there and the girl behind the counter pulls out this big box, I'm thinking what did she get me. Well she opens the box and I look in and there is this big puzzle in it, I'm starting to get bummed a puzzle thats a gift for her not me. But I keep my mouth shut. She pays for the BIG puzzle and I tell her I'm going to check out the RC section and talk to my friend Jeff, so I go over and see whats new and start talking to him. His cell phone rings and he tells me he will be right back, he goes into the back room and after about 5 min he comes out we talk a little and my wife comes over and tells me its time to head out. I'm thinking great no gift for me today
WE get home and I'm thinking why were all the guys at the shop watching us leave
I pull her puzzle out of the backseat of the car and start to go in the house when my wife opens the trunk and asks for help. I know I didnt put anything in the trunk from the store but I turn back to the car to help her. I look in the trunk and what do I see a new Heinkle He-51 biplane. I ask her when did she put that in the car, and she says I didnt Jeff did that was me on the phone calling him from the front counter. She had Jeff order it from a company in Germany called Inocenc Sir-Synove. It turns out its been sitting in the back room at the store for a month. I've been to the LHS 4 or 5 times and Jeff never said a word about it to me ( the #%$^&#**$&$^). It just go's to show you can't trust the guy at the LHS to keep you filled in on what's new in the back room.
