I'm with Woodie and NCNitro. Run it on my CV-X Hyper and Love it! Not to mention, it wont cost you an arm and a leg!

I run the same thing NC listed to begin with. It is the most common setup and the best for the money in my opion here is a pic of mine installed http://www.dirtyrc.com/gallery/details.php?image_id=153 the header is black I striped mine...X For the price of those two items its not much more than for the NJ big tube second gen so I say Go with the duratrash..X

Hey X. Not to get off subject, but what are the zip ties on your cooling haed for??

That is a great Tip, I just put some zip ties on my Savage Head!
Thanks for the idea!

You HAD to go there!! You also knew I couldn't let that go!

Rob, I run the Cvec pipe and header. It is a good pipe, but as stated, very expensive. Too expensive for what you get. It has an adjustable baffle in it to adjust the back pressure. I think that's pretty much just a gimmic. I found my truck runs best without the baffle at all! I must say that I like the rear exahust and the sound of the combo, and it does give quite a bit more power, but I don't think it was worth the price.

As much as it pains me to say this, listen to NC.:ahh:

OMG 8-0 Fett is that actually you? Has someone stolen your user name? You agreed with me, and admitted the cvec is a chaod. Now if we could only get Retread to see the light. :hehe:

Like I said, the Cvec is not a bad pipe. just not worth the price. If you really want rear exahust, I think its the best option. But you'll pay through the nose for it.

Fett, you don't have to use a cvec pipe for rear exhaust, you could just as easily use the cvec rear exhaust header with the AE pipe or just about any other .15 pipe for that matter. Its the long length of that set up that gives you the bottom end power boost, not the cvec pipe itself.

Ed didn't you have a CVEC pipe ... Want to show us a video of it. I think it was in your box next to your ciruss servo:hehe: X
