Hey just wanted to speak up and let you guys know I got a few new parts for my truck, Integy center skid plate, Integy fuel tank guard, and rx hump pack...........only snag I have run into is my fuel tank is a tad too high now to seat on the rear post and now only has 1 clip holding it in.........any advise?

hmm you really want jumbo kongs huh whatever. From what I ve seen I think the savage should come with a center skid how much did yours cost? I need a hump pack for my T-maxx.

Dude the hump pack is a great addition to the savage let alone any car. I got one for my other two cars and I don't know how I ever did without it. Yeah how much was your center skid?? I think that is going to be the next purchase for mine. Later

I got the center skid for $15, my LHS gives me some good deals every now and again.............I'm getting the Jumbo Kongs and glue for $85.00.............I'm guessing that the rims that come with the Jumbo Kong set are molded plastic?

Oh yea I think I paid $18.00 for my hump pack..........it's a Reedy

Yes to my knowledge ALL of IMEX's rims are a plastic of some sort.

What I'd like to see is someone to make aluminium rims for the jumbo maxx tires or even better beadlock rims for jumbomaxx tires :D

SUp dude,

DON'T waste your money on those lame ass KONG tires. I ran them on my T-maxx and they where a nightmare and unstable as hell. If you do get them make sure you got one bad MOFO steering servo and good luck..lol. No offense to anyone with the Kongs but they suck arse compared to some Good ole Proline 40 series Big Joes or something comporable.

Peace

I suppose...........but then again I guess ANY tire could be unstable if the foam isn't put in correctly, besides, the price isn't bad, if I could get a set of big joes and pro line 40's for $80 I would, but I don't see that happening anytime soon, unless I can find them on ebay, and I really haven't bought anythin off ebay yet, so that is going to be another new experience for me as well.
For now I'll take my chances with the kongs, since one of my front stockers now has a hole in it........
