i finally got to run my trucks since i bought all my new parts i put all aluminum a arms,bulks,towers,c-hubs,knuckles,etc and today i went and bought proline velocity 6 40 series with big joes, motor saver air cleaner, fail safe, hump pack, hitec 605 for the throttle, and a ths pipe....the results with the stock 25 seem to be little slow i guess from all the added weight and the bulky tires, but i have a fanton .27 on the way and if this dont dont then I'm going to try the .46 truckzilla kit,the ths pipe seems real quiet like its to small or not enough flow,i hope i can pull some wheelies with the .27 or I'm going to be pissed off...anyone got the ths pipe?

Exactly what were you expecting with adding all that weight and no additional power? I hope that you've already done the 4 spider mod to your diffs along with perhaps the alloy diff cups because if you haven't then you're in for a real treat.:doc:

I'm waiting for the gears to come in they are back ordered here does anyone know the weight of a stock savage?

Yeah the stock savage weighs in @ 11 lbs. I know that the Big Joes push your truck up to 12 lbs. And then w/ all the aluminum, you might be pushing 13 lbs. Two pounds might not seem like alot, but it is for your engine. Hopefully the Fantom will do it for you.

Later....:burp:
