I just bought a new novarossi p5 . but It list all the info that should be included in the box .which is the parts list, engine and carb exploded veiw.with parts decriptions. there is none of that info in my box

Infact I can't even find any info as to what the factory settings should be for the engine. This was a sealed box . I went to the novarossi web site, and there is not even any contact info or manuals you can download .Is there anyone that can help me get some info .
 
I'm pretty sure that my P5 came with a manual. I'll dig it up tomorrow, & see if I can scan it for ya....
 
Do you run it with the carb restricter?
 
I'll be getting it scanned in a few... I haven't ran mine yet... lol Free time, & weather have been an issue for me lately...

My P5 came with a small information manual but it did not have carb settings. It told you the break in procedure but never specifically mentions how many turns out the carb should be set at from the factory.

I do run it with the Venturi. I have heard that it helps with airflow but I can not verify. The P5 comes with a 8MM Venturi.

The P5 is a GREAT motor. I have the Rex version and I just purchased a Hotmod P5 which should arrive shortly.
