Hello. I just purchased this lot on ebay. I had a few questions about this. Can anyone tell what engine that is back there? It looks like a 2.5R but i thought all T-maxxs with the 2.5R have grey battery/reciever boxes. Also are those the wide or narrow RPM arms?

Thanks

Ok thanks man. All the pictures on traxxas website of a 2.5r t-maxx have grey boxes. That engine has blue on it so its not the 2.5 and it doesn't look at all like the pro .15 so i guess it has to be the 2.5r.

Any other ideas on the arms as far as narrow or wide?

they look like wide arms I have the same ones

Arms

One of my trucks is outfitted with blue Narrow RPM arms, and I would say those are wide. The holes in the top arms are just barely large enough for the springs to go through on my narrow ones, and those in the pic look larger. (for the more positions the wide arms offer) Plus if you look at the black ones close to you they are indeed wide ones. The engine however looks to me like a .15. I hate to say it but I just bought a new 2.5R and it has a much larger conrast between the blue and silver machining, and The engine near the tires really looks like a cylindrical .15 head, and if you look at the header near the center of the bunch, it is .15 as well. Hope this helps!
