New Hobbytown store opened a week ago in Clearwater, Florida. I went there yesterday. No sign on the building yet, but lots of stock. Spent a while drooling over all the stuff they have on display. The other shops near me are very nice people, but this shop is not a foot out of my way when I go to the track in Lutz, Florida.

The only two I visit is in Boise which is an hour and 20 minutes from me. There is a hobby shop in the next town south of us and only 20 minutes away but they are way too expensive and rarely have what I need. Also, he only displays one or two cars but is more an plane dealer.
Another shop is 40 minutes from me but I've been there 4 times and only open once. They have a track also.

Hobbytowns are great stores. I used to have one about 25 minutes from me, but it closed up. I could spend all day in there browsing.

I love our Hobbytown also, even though it's an hour and 20 away.
My favorite however is ActionHobbies in Boise.

Stopped in today and made a shot of most of the land vehicle section. I really like that I can browse the actual vehicles and not just look at boxes or pictures on the internet.
