I was reading rc driver and they did a project super twin zilla. The twin zilla apparently comes with a fuel tank that mounts behind the engine or at least the one in the pic did. Anyone got some info?

How would you get the fuel from one side to the other if you are only running one engine?

tank is 1 piece but it's really 2 tanks, each has it's own presure inlet and fuel outlet, i would assume that if only running one engine, when that engine's side of the tank is empty the engine would shut off. It appears that they are not connected, so you would have to manually move the fuel or move a fuel line.

??? what?? anyway.. all you need is two splitters.. 1 for in 1 for out.. that is of course if you just wanted it for one big tank for one engine..

on the in from the muffler it looks like you could just trim that divider at the cap so that is doesn't seal any more then you could plug one inlet and use only one splitter..

my reply was based on the fact that the truck still had two engines, and the owner only wanted to run with one, and keep the option to run with two... not a permanent single engine set up...

No.. One HUGE tank.... It looks like it would be more snug with only 1 than have 2 on each side.... (looks more protected)
