new era rod ends

I've got New Era alum shock rod ends on both my Revos and have had a rod pull out on both of them. They thread back on and seem pretty tight, but I lost the spring retainers both times. Anybody else having problems with them, or am I just the "lucky" one?

did you use blue thread lock on them?
I used it on the RD racing ones and have no problems(as i knock on wood!!)

No, I did'nt use any thread lock on them, I guess I'll go back through and do that. I don't think they're unthreading, the first time was after a jump and the second set wasn't on very long at all. They just seem to pop off after some medium size hits.
