New engine

What engine should I get to put in my Sport maxx and what type of conversion kit should I get nothing to expensive all together less then $300.

I would get a OS .15 CV-X, all u have to do is switch the throttle linkage from a slide carb to a rotary carb. total cost including engine about $120.

You can get the OS.15 cvr-x with a slide carb,I have one,but they also just released the OS.18 cvr-x which is bound to be a great engine for the MAXX! I would give it a try if I was in the market for a new mill. My Fantom FR.18 is awsome,but be prepared to beef up the drivetrain if you go with it.

that new os 18 cvr-x kicks ass big time its the same as the engine that comes in the tnx tamiya and that truck flies wheelies everything!!!i seen a guy playing with one at the park i thought it was a big block!!!
