RC Driving Style
Hey I need help I just got another motor for my savage 21 and put it all together made sure i didnt leave ne parts behide and when i went out to start it the wheels wanted to roll forward and u know how it usally rolls back it does it locks up and only wants to go forward can some1 plz help me or tell me what i did wrong? thanks

I'm not trying to rag on you but I can't understand a thing you said. Please retype it so we can understand it so we can help you with your problem.
 
It wants to take off befor the motor is on as soon as i pull the pull start it tries to take off
 
Hey can anyone help me please? I bought brand new shoe clutchs or whatever they're called and replaced them and it still does it i dont understand? Some1 plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me

What do you mean is this a repost no this is my only post bro. On the topic this is my only post about needing help on my savage.I have others like help with my RS-4 but no this isnt a repost.
O and since i wasn't more spasefic. Before the motor is on when I try to pull start it the wheel's take off without the motor on and someone said the shoe cluthc's might eb messed up or somethign btu i took it apart and switched them and it still didnt work so I dont know were I went wrong I've read books about this issue but I still can not find out what or were i went wrong if any one has any suggestions please tell me. Thanks

Dude it's a clutch problemo. Either the springs aren't on properly or the springs aren't on at all. there is no reason that this should be happening. I am guessing that you are talking while you yank on the pullstarter??
 
Yeah, I mean i checked the clutch and the springs as a matter of fact I'm looking at it right now if this isn't right can you give me some instructions/picture of how it's supposed to be so I can fix it? Thanks.

Hey My bad.. I was already looking for some help on a similar thread. Anyways, do the tires spin when you just spin the spur gear? Have you checked the clutch bell to see if it isdamaged or any scoring?
 
I dont know what that mean's bro I'm a total NEWBIE to this so if you could PM me and help me that'd be GREAT. Or just try to explain it on the fourms either one is fine with me thanks bro!
 
When you pull the pull-start does the clutch-bell (the gear on the front of the engine) rotate? If so it sounds to me you installed the clutch incorrectly when you installed the new engine. The clutch shoes may be constantly engaged with the clutch bell. Another check for a stuck clutch is to try and rotate the spur gear (big one on the tranny) with your finger. If the clutch is engaged you will be trying to turn-over the engine when you rotate the spur and it will be very difficult to rotate.

Hey I'm now selling my rsutler it should be on ebay in a few days I'm going for some savage 21 mods. If any one has any tips or tricks or any ideas thatd be cool or helpful it'd be much applied. O and does any one know If i can make my savage 21 pull some wheelies? Not little ones i mean like a inhc or 2 u know just for fun nothing to stand up about just to have some fun? Thanks
