You could always put a 5 hole pattern in them. Otherwise, it sounds like something a local machine shop could make for ya.
Speaking of machine shops - you ever heard of a "maker space"? They are popping up around the country. It is a building with 3d printers, woodworking equipment, metal working machines, etc. You pay for time I think, and you are able to use anything in there.
