Hey guys. Me and a couple guys here are working on another cool project, but I need some help. If you could flip your 1/10-1/8 scale RC's over and take some bottom pics with a tape measure stretched the length of the car and another with the tape streched across the width I would be very appreciative.

Here is just a little teaser of a completely adjustable car stand in the works that should hold anything 1/10 to 1/8. Thanks!

I kinda need to see the whole length of the RC. Especially the crawlers, because I need to see the spread of the axles. Thanks!

I'll do it again.
Here you go.

You also get the pleasure of seeing the wifes feet...:D

This is a great rc workstand https://www.walmart.com/ip/Winsome-...tic-Teal-Walnut-13-4-x-13-4-x-24-2/1505325317
Edit: I don't have this exact barstool, but I have a 24in barstool that walmart sold at some time in the last 5 years.

hope these help 🤷🏼‍♂️

Thanks guys! Keep 'em coming.
Not so good for crawlers though ;)

This one will operate like a hydraulic lift carriage does. Completely adjustable for any chassis. The v-block in this pic will rotate, the arms slide in and out and rotate, or you can remove them completely for a flat chassis. It will hold a truck by a solid axle, link bars, or chassis. It will be the ultimate car stand when it's done. Will start a build thread soon.

I think I have every RC covered by the design at this point. Our Ryft has a big wheelbase, around 15-1/2", and I can reach past it now. Anything with a 4-link setup, you can also rotate the v-blocks and rest on the links, though the vehicle may slide back and forth without the straps.

I fight that right now anyway so not a huge deal. Need a rubber coating on the v-block, something really sticky.
