Need input on NTC3 lid.....

Been looking for a lid of this style but don't know if this will fit or not. It's 200mm and I know thats right but will it mount up right? Any input is appreciated.......thanks

You should be fine with that on an NTC3. Just checked the protoform site (http://www.prolineracing.com/protoform.html) and it's listed under the 200mm touring car bodies so it should be fine.

Thanks candyman, have you ever run a body style like this on a 10th scale? (or 1/8)

It will fit but you will have to modify the front foam bumper. A little bit of shaving and fitting will be necessary. Only other thing you will need to do is cut out where the cooling head will exit and fueling hole. Other than that, you're good to go.

As far as handeling, it will give you great downforce and turn in. Definitely something to use with foams so you can take advantage of the traction combined with downforce. Not race legal unless it's outlaw but good if you're just messing around.

Well I'm getting a "used" lid from a bud to try out before I go and buy one.......lol......thanks for the input and help fella's!!
